Predictions for starting XI against Millwall

im gonna go a brave prediction and say Chair will be leaving you look at that bench and you see so many attacking midfield options so why not cash in on the diminutive little Moroccan? 

No LB or RB yet I think, only an attacking midfielder, but I do believe they have been trying - especially for a LB. (We all recognise that Wallace should be being sponsored by SAGA by now, despite his comeback.) In terms of the Starting XI, it is a toss up between your selection and northwesthoop's selection for me. Of course, a lot depends upon whether Johansen is available or not. Without him and wanting to go more defensive then Ball and Field would make a stronger defensive midfield; otherwise it will be Dykes up front with Austin, but I have no idea who would be expected to assume Johansen's linking role - Ball? Carroll? Amos?

The way Austin transformed Dykes game with his encouragement and direction turned a player who couldn't hit the proverbial cows backside with a banjo into someone who looked dangerous everytime we went forward.

I had only ever seen Austin as a goal scorer previously but to see the way he helped turn us from a lower mid table team into a team challengeing the top teams was very inspirational.

With Johansen running the midfield and de Wijs the glue in central defence this could be a very exciting season ahead.

If Warburton gets the remaining signings he wants then the difference between next season and previous seasons is that he would have a good squad to choose from rather than just a decent 7 or 8 players plus some youngsters and fringe players.

Very good point regarding continuity kingfisher, because that was something that surprised me last season when he went for Cameron. As we all know the games in the Championship come thick and fast so when he went for Cameron who used to struggle playing more than a couple of games in quick succession it caused me to raise an eyebrow. 

I considered Dickie as captain material and I'm convinced he will eventually get that honour should he stay because he did the job at Oxford. I just think that in view of Warburton's previous choices, Hall, Barbet, Cameron Wallace etc.,  he likes a senior player who the others look upto, to have that role.

The big positive is that with players like Dickie, Wallace, Austin etc., we should have leaders all over the pitch.
