Rob Dickie does he make my top 10 centre backs in my time

going to have to give this one some thought, Been a fan for nearly 50 years so got a lot of centre backs to think about but the above list is bloody good.

Great list. I was going to suggest Glenn Roeder but he left in 1983 according to Wikipedia - so just too early for your list.

I'd have kept Danny Maddix in ahead of Peacock or Carlisle.

And what about Kaspars Gorkss?

loved Danny Maddix but for me Peacock and Carlisle were immense Maddix had a calamity in him at times but if this were the Man Marker top 10 list since 1984 he would have been number 1 QPR legend thru and thru

i also agree with northwest maybe it is early days for dickie to be making lists like this but ive let my excitement get the better of me he is really that good i see a bright future and to see him live at 3 games this season has made me realise just how bloody good he is

Kaspar Gorks was ok maybe top 25? top 30 for me did nothing to make me think WOW

Carlisle did well in other matters regarding mental health and whilst at QPR i thought he hid it very well

Peacock a 250k signing unknown from Hereford and coming out with that long hair i was like what we done here? but to see him play he is totally justified in that top 5 for me (and he had 1 leg bigger than the other and needed special boots made)

Glenn Roeder in the highlights i saw of him just before my time i agree an absolute gem of a player im sure he would be snapping at Steve Wicks/ Richard Dunne heels at the foot of that list trying to get in and possibly 1 of my all time fave characters big danny shittu.

lets face it all 3 centre halves that start are pretty bleeding decent at the minute

MW done a fantastic job getting better out of barbet and bringing in the other 2 even Jimmy Dunne looks mustard
