Win, Lose & Draw - Week 8 - RESULTS

Week 8 was one of those weeks where the most popular predictions proved to be wrong.
No fewer than 14 of us predicted for Burnley to beat Norwich but it ended 0-0. Only 3 got the points for a home win with kensalr, kingfisher & Jalfrezi Rs getting Wolves's win over Newcastle.
The most popular prediction for a draw was Barnsley v Millwall, predicted by 7 - but it ended 0-1. 4 got Liverpool v Man City: kensalr, Tomcat75, daveb & jortja. 3 got Luton v Huddersfield: SydneyR, MCM Hoop & me. jimjams & LurkR got Brighton v Arsenal. And CutePR bucked the trend and got Burnley's draw with Norwich - prediction of the week.
There were joint most popular predictions for an away win: 6 predicted Hull to lose to Middlesbrough but Hull won; and 6 predicted Peterborough to lose to Bristol City and they did. So points for qprallan, LurkR, QPRBex, Rosco Bosco, minxymartin & jortja. jimjams got Barnsley's loss to Millwall.
Top scorer was kensalr with 5 points. Jimjams, jortja & LurkR scored 4.
The top 3 are unchanged but Rosco Bosco's lead is cut to one point by jimjams and jortja is only two points off the lead. There is then a 3 point gap to Jalfrezi Rs in 4th.
Singlespeed has joined the game in round 8 (welcome back!). Unfortunately he didn't score this week but he only has 14 points to make up to catch me in 20th.
I actually scored 2 points this week but remain 20th as CutePR also scored 2 and kensalr scored 5 to jump up to 15th.
