Questions for the Gaffer

Does the board set him a target at the start of the season and how often does he meet with the board to discuss the teams performances.

If we finish lower than last season does he consider the season to have been a failure.

In several matches we have seen the team only perform for half the game. It seems that the team either struggle through to half time and then come out firing after the break or they start the game well but fade in the 2nd half. The Peterborough and Cardiff games to name but two. Does he agree and why does it keep happening?

Until recently Yohan Barbet was an ever present in the team yet many of our other more experienced players struggle to get past 70 minutes. Is that down to Yohans personal chef or is there another reason?

Every team in the Championship has its fair share of injuries but this season we've had an extraordinary amount of hamstring and long term injuries. Has this been caused by a change in our training programme or is it just down to the number of games Or have we just been unlucky?

I can come up with other questions about tactics and signings but almost certainly I know that he will answer with the bland reply of, "I'm the manager and I will live or die by my decisions".

A few players now have mentioned how keen Lee Wallace is to coach and manager... are you hoping to keep him as part of your coaching staff when he hangs up his boots?


Do the club already have targets/contingency plans in place for if we fail to go up and then sell numerous key players like Dickie/Willock/Chair/Dykes etc all at once in the summer?

As others have said I don't think we should be saying why did you do this or sign him or sell him etc should be more of a reflection of the overall season and his time at the club imo.

Lyndon Dykes your thoughts on him as a player and as a person?

you have many big charachters and leaders at QPR what was it in Stefan Johansen you saw ahead of others to choose him as captain? was Charlie Austin a possible candidate for this role? we think Stefan is a hreat layer thats played at a high level we do understand your choice by the way.

a lot of people thought that in the January window you looked like you were going to bring in more firepower be it an attacking midfielder or a striker what happened?i know you said you were happy with the 3 strikers you already had in Gray, Dykes and Austin but would you have liked one more that was always available for the whole 90 minutes each game?

you seem to have a great scouting structure in place with the signings of Chris Willock, Rob Dickie, Jimmy Dunne  in particular being players that stand out. all of which for many of us fans real unknowns when we got them now they will be in demand especially if we dont get to the premier league.

i know  Senny Dieng  was here before you came firstly thanks for giving Dieng his chance hes become possibly the best keeper weve had for many years and it was you that gave him his opportunity when previous managers didnt seem to want to try him. my question is does this kind of player give you more satisfaction seeing him suceed rather than paying out bigger money?

Some of the QPR fanbase were surprised you let Connor Masterson go out on loan as in many of our opinions he is definatley good enough to be sniffing around the first team, yes you signed a great player in Jimmy Dunne but was Jimmy the only reason you decided to let Connor go? to be fair with Connor at the club too we would be spoiled for choice at centre half
