Advice for any young person outside the game who is looking to find a route into it through coaching? (ie entry points, what young people should be looking to do)

Are there too many obstacles facing young coaches in this country in terms of being able to build a successful career in the sport?

Do you miss the World of Banking? And equally, I’d ask the same question in that. What should someone who is looking to break into that field be actively doing to advance their credibility and chances of enjoying a fruitful career.
