I’ve tried to log in to my account on the club website to sort tickets for the last few away game now, only every time to be greeted with a message saying my details aren’t recognised. I’ve managed to sort the tickets in the end over the phone so clearly I do still have details with the club. Has anybody else experienced a similar problem? If yes then what did you do to rectify it?

I've not tried myself and you have no doubt already seen this so it probably no use but they were promoting this 'easy sign in' thing a few weeks back:
Cheers NWH, I hadn’t actually seen that before. I’ve tried doing that and it’s solved the problem, all sorted now!
Quite a good idea to link all the memberships in to one, but it could be a bit clearer on the website about what you need to do to make it work though as not everyone (like me) would’ve read the article you attached above
Brilliant! Yes definitely they should be promoting it a bit more as there can't be just you struggling to log in.
No I have struggled as it requires your Ticketing account number to proceed to single sign-in and I do not have the details to hand here in Spain. I will have to wait until I get back to try and sort it out...
