I don't know enough to post. It will just look silly in the future to try and post anything now.
We don't know who the manager will be, who the players will be etc. It's a fools errand to try and predict anything right now unfortunately.

Nice post Tomcat. This is a tough one to guess right now but as you say there could be some big changes especially if MW goes. I just hope that we are not back in the era of complete changes every season.

So I think/hope MW will stay. The whole club has been built around his style and it would be a huge deal to change now.

I agree that some of our saleable players will go. Willock and Dieng top that list.

Others will depend on their contracts. I hope but don’t expect Barbet to stay. We’re stuck with Johansen and Austin. I don’t expect many/any of the loans back except maybe Masterson.

There will be a couple of cheap incomings, hopefully young and quick.

Changing our manager will inevitably provide a small fillip and, equally inevitably, result in wholesale changes as we try to adapt to a new manager's way of playing. How is that level of change expected to benefit us as a club when it comes down to playing PL=level teams that are already well used to playing together? QPR must get out of this rut of changing managers, paying compensation for shortened contracts, and change for changes sake... With what Warburton had in transfer money he has done well. Not very well as Hendrick, Austin and Dozzell have not delivered and, at times, Warburton has ignored players like Amos and Ball. Just give him time to be judged properly! 

Dickie & Willock both go in the Summer. Fancy Willock to end up at Fulham, Dickie could go to any of those average PL teams from 12th downwards, would probably fit Brighton or Saints the most though could see logic in a move to Hounslow.

Dykes goes if the club receive a decent offer, but he, like Chair and Dieng could conceivably stay until the Winter Window as the promise of game time at QPR would advance all three’s claims to go to the World Cup. Of the three, Dykes the likeliest to move in the Summer as his place is most secure in his national team. Realistically could see him at Burnley or West Brom, not sure he climbs much higher up the tree than them. Also conceive their being interest from elsewhere in Sam Field, though bids on him can be resisted, will only go if fee is significant (£8m+)

Of those out of contract; Barbet, Ball, Owens, Adomah, Wallace all go. As do one of the keepers (Marshall/Westwood) — the cheaper one stays on for a year as cover with Walsh and Mahoney going somewhere on loan

Austin retires and either works solely for TalkSPORT or joins the panel of Soccer Saturday. Johansen probably considers his future too, retiring might be premature for him but he’s not fit, expect he needs an operation. Move back to Scandinavia (Copenhagen, Rosenberg, Malmo) is plausible. All the loans go back with Sanderson the only one possibly staying on.

Kakay joins a League One side, Barnes a league two. Shodipo, Hamalainen, Bonne, de Wijs and Ramkilde also all go.

Rudoni comes in from Wimbledon. Expect them to look at Twine at MK Dons, Cox at Fortuna Sittard. Would like them to look at Lewis Ferguson at Aberdeen but the club won’t pay £4-£6m for a player. Harry McKirdy (Swindon) and Cole Stockton (Morecambe) are also likely to be looked at, as may Oladapo Afolayan (Bolton). I expect the loan market to be used substantially too.

The season will be spent fighting off relegation. Birmingham could find themselves docked points as could Reading again, so we might be okay. But anything above 18th is a positive season, but a real danger we go into the season with an XI of Archer; Drewe, Masterson, Dunne, Odubajo; Field, Amos, Dozzell; Thomas, Rudoni, Kelman. And there’s no hope in hell that team survives relegation.
