Week 31 saw 4 home wins, 5 away wins and a draw. No-one got the Reading v Swansea draw so the maximum was 5 points by: jortja, MCM Hoop, Tomcat75, qprallan and me.
Most of us got one of the home wins. 8 got Forest’s win over West Brom, 4 got Blackpool’s win over Birmingham and 3 got Newcastle’s win over Leicester. Those that missed out went for Middlesbrough to beat Huddersfield or Barnsley to beat Peterborough.
The away wins were harder. 9 went for Arsenal to win at Southampton but Southampton won. 4 went for Reading to lose to Swansea but that ended 4-4. The points went to the 3 who went for Watford to lose to Brentford and the 3 who went for Cardiff to lose to Luton.
There was no change at the top with the top 3 all scoring 3 points. Rosco Bosco broke the 100 point barrier and sits top with 101 points. He remains 8 points ahead of Jalfrezi Rs, with kingfisher another 10 points back. With only 3 rounds to go it looks like only Jalfrezi Rs can catch Rosco Bosco at the top.
At the bottom, Singlespeed has finally caught the pack after giving us all a 7 week head start. His 3 points take him above northwesthoop on goal difference. SydneyR is only one point ahead of them so the battle to avoid the wooden spoon looks likely to go to the last round.
