Incredible how one bright career imploded with one terrible decision in November 2022.
He should have stayed at QPR and proven himself. He jumped too high too quickly and now his career is spiralling out of control.
I thought he couldn't really fail at Sunderland so to only last 12 games is pretty crazy. Their fans just hated him from Day 1. I think that decision he made at QPR could haunt him for a long time; other teams fans just won't like him or trust him from the start.
I wonder where he will surface next?
I think his next role(if there is one), will be as a coach, or an assistant again. I think his manager days are over, for the foreseeable future anyway. He needs to gain trust and respect again.

I can't see another Championshop club recruiting him anytime soon but he's not going to be short of a bob or two after having a pay off from Rangers and probably still getting paid by Sunderland
I'd imagine we won't hear much of him until next season when he will probably turn up at a League 1 or League 2 club.
The biggest shame is that we now wont be able to give him a huge welcome back when Sunderland visit in March.
He’s a good coach or number 2 Just not a good manager or people person His arrogance probably stems from his years with gerrard not the most likeable person either Hes partly to blame for the mess we are in now

Beale's stock hasn't been help by the fact that Glasgow Rangers are now top of the league, after Philippe Clement has picked up the pieces that Beale left.
