I'm sure that the the Directors have now made their decision and probably already spoken with the new manager.
So as not to upset team preparations for the Burnley game I'd expect that no announcement will be made until late Sunday or early Monday but it shouldn't be much of a secret because whoever they've decided to appoint will be sitting in the stand on Sunday.

I think if it was Critchley he'd have been appointed sooner. Why has there been such a delay if they are going with Critchley. It's been 2 weeks now and he was available that whole time.
