Mike Garrity has joined from Lincoln and will be First Team coach to Head Coach Neil Critchley.
Garrity spent 13 years coaching at Liverpool, holding a number of roles before joining the coaching staff at Norwegian top flight side Molde and the China national team.
On returning to the UK in 2020 he joined Blackpool as assistant head coach, helping the Seasiders win promotion to the Sky Bet Championship. He continued in that role as Blackpool finished 16th last season before joining Lincoln last summer.
