Long time since last post so forgive my intrusion, just want to say something along the lines of keep the faith. Bad times/teams/results come and go. I've seen enough of them in 50 odd years following QPR (thanks dad).
I want to see Sinclair Armstrong start as he should have against blackpool.boils my piss the way managers pick teams, sometimes try surprising the oppo instead of flogging dead horses as we did Tuesday. There, I'll go back into my cave . U R's

No intrusion at all, we need new voices and opinions!
You are right the good times will come again.
As I posted elsewhere the Watford game has given me hope Ainsworth can give us a team we are proud to watch every week, but it feels like a major overhaul of the squad is now absolutely necessary to create a different mindset long term.
I agree northwest, he needs time not only to bin the dross he has inherited but to mold a team/squad to his liking, that may take a year or 2 but I for one hope he gets that time. Also I was impressed with Freeze. In his first 2 games but was left out to dry by his teammates midweek, not his fault for getting a roasting.... Where were his supposed more experienced teammates? Hope he keeps his place on Saturday and Sinclair gets a lond overdue start, We shall see

Rightly or wrongly I can see Drewe being dropped as soon as Paal is fit.
It's hard to call how he's doing so far because he was fantastic against Watford but looked like a fish out of water against Blackpool. Games will only help him though.
How about deducting wages per goal against? should be in their contract and you may get a response after a 6-1, Say 10% reduction per goal conceded. might focus their attention.
yeah will probably happen but Paal and Laird have been shocking recently, so I would bench em if fit. gota stop the automatic inclusion in the team of sloppy form players just cos they are on loan from the upper echelons
Sorry but we are at best an average championship club or a good league 1 side, we do not need a director of football however good he was as a player. Get rid of and Make Garath a manager not head coach.

Don't stop posting again anthoops now you have remembered how to do it! This Forum needs lots of input and usually we manage to get some great comments and ideas.
Regarding Drewe (a.k.a. Freeze), I was so impressed with his debut against Watford and so annoyed how Tim Iroegbunam (in particular) left him 'hung out to be dried' against Blackpool. I appreciate the midfield has been briefed on their primary role, but out of possession Tim and Andre Dozzell should have seen that Drewe was being targeted and made more of an effort to assist him. Fair credit to Dykes for coming back to help!
Sinclair Armstrong is someone else who has flashes of brilliance but buckles under pressure, and the Championship is a tough proving ground! He must be seen as Martin's stand-in (even if he was played on the wing against Blackpool); but the club needs to work on his ball control and get him to become more aware of where his team-members are (as often he wastes opportunities). If the club can improve him then I think we have a more than decent striker in Armstrong.
I don’t mind Paal coming back in. He’s ours and we know how good he can be. Drewe should get plenty of chances. I am in no hurry to see Laird though - however good he can be.
I personally think drewe needs my diet as he looks a bit lightweight The championship is pretty physical and you get muscled out of games really easily
Yes to Armstrong needing that first, all-important, Championship goal; yes to getting Paal back ASAP; no to not worrying about Laird's return as we really do need options ASAP; and yes to Drewe needing to gain some weight and muscle (he has the drive, the long-throwing ability and the sprint capacity already)!
