We have to get rid of some players in January We're close to our FFP limit Caulker a must Ngbakoto Loan out Sylla so we can replace That's the rumoured Nobody out can't sign anybody except loans Very promising 17 year old defender at Chelsea He came on last night for them A very fast central defender so I'm told The young players want to prove something but we also need some experience especially up front Somebody like nugent or lee Tomlin for example
Realistically we need to try and ship out Caulker (waste of space) and Ngbakoto (not worked out) as they may warrant a fee and at least free up the wage budget.
Sylla is probably a sell-able asset so he may be on the move because he is at least somebody that teams may be interested in.
Hopefully we can find somebody in Poland mental enough to give us some cash for Borysiuk
Of course JET also needs to go but unless he is willing to take a pay cut to play at his level (Scottish Division 3) he'll sit on his fat posterior until the summer.
Personally I'd also like to move on Washington (2 years in now and simply not good enough) and Lynch (waste of space and would mean we could bring in a younger, more reliable, injury free centre back).
Our biggest issue is probably everyone on the list we would like to move on would take a step down with a pay cut or at best a side step but probably with a pay cut as well. Makes it harder to get the players to agree and will probably mean we subsidise them to the end of the contract. We would save money but wont be making as much as we would hope.
I suspect that we would listen to offers for every player but in addition to the ones you have mentioned I think we now need to also offload players like JET and Borysiuk.
I agree about Washington too He's just not cut it in our league Smithies is very sellable too Apart from luongo,Bidwell, scowen and freeman I'd listen to offers for most of our players No point sky sports being outside our ground on transfer window day as not a lot is going to happen
We have 9 out of contract in the summer. A few will go automatically. The others will go if we're in division 1. I would not give OLLIE a penny come January windows. Unless he sells to generate transfer funds.
Interesting thread. Caulker, Ngbakoto, Borysiuk and JET are no-brainers if we can achieve it. None of them will be playing any part in the first team it seems. I've been disappointed by Lynch but it depends on the CB injury crisis. Washington and Sylla depends on whether we can find replacements. On a general note I think we'd sell anyone if we get a good enough offer. Our challenge is a tough one - how do you improve whilst saving money?
SURREY we are not skint by any means. But we are no longer going to throw money around thanks to MR HOOS. And some transfers have to be self funding and within pay structure. Unlike the guy he took over from we are now run in some order.

Agree to all the above but think few clubs will be interested in buying. More likely it will be cheap day loans to League One sides....
I agree about Washington too. He's just not cut it in our league. Smithies is very sellable too.

I would reluctantly sell Smithies (as we have cover) and Washington (because he cannot cope with the Championship), but until the CB numbers improve I would not even consider selling Bidwell. Have to agree re the Midfield Maestros as our team is built around them; and I would add as a 'No sale' to Jack Robinson too.
