It's all gone quiet in the past few months but there were lots of rumours earlier in the season that the Americans could increase their stake. And Nourry originally hinted part of his role was to get investment.

I'm going to presume that the shares they will be looking to offload were the ones held by TF which I think are now owned by RG. What I find surprising is that Lakshmi Mitral and Amit Bhattia didn't buy the TF shares. Maybe they had the option but declined them and that's why Amit was removed from the top job.
