With us trying a new format in the cups the top 12 scorers make it through to Round 2, which meant 2 players were making an early exit...
We had a wide mix of predictions in Match 1 but nobody went for 3-1 Switzerland. However kensalr, stoatey, NoahHoop, Ghost, myself, kingfisher, Jalfrezi Rs and minxymartin all predicted Switzerland win.
MCM Hoop and jimjams had Varga as a scorer for a back up point but nobody had the early first goal time.
We had a great prediction in Match 2 as kensalr predicted 3-0 to Spain and with Morata opening the scoring that gave 6 points to Jalfrezi Rs, Ghost, MCM Hoop, qprallan and stoatey.
kensalr, jimjams, stoatey, NoahHoop, MCM Hoop, Ghost, kingfisher, Ricardo Rangers and minxymartin had the 16-30 first goal time
Netherlands won 2-1 in Match 3 which MCM Hoop got exact. MCM Hoop also got another back up point scorer thanks to Gakpo, who jrperry1882, jimjams and Jalfrezi Rs also picked.
That left Match 4 but nobody predicted a Romania win.
CutePR failed to score so is out, whilst jrperry1882 only picked up 4 points and was 2 away from Ricardo Rangers who just makes it through.

So the top 12 players have made it through to Round 2 but everything resets and 3 more will be knocked out in Round 2 as we try a new knockout format.
MCM Hoop , Ghost , stoatey , Jalfrezi Rs , kensalr , jimjams , northwesthoop , minxymartin , qprallan , kingfisher , NoahHoop and Ricardo Rangers all make it through!
Round 2 has a deadline of this THURSDAY - 20 June - at 7pm using more group stage matches!
