Week 6 was our highest scoring week so far this season. For once the very popular predictions came off: Leeds won at Cardiff (predicted by 15) and Luton beat Sheffield Wednesday (prediction by 14). Many got both of these for 3 points.
Another 6 got Sunderland’s win against Middlesbrough and 3 got Chelsea’s win at West Ham. LurkR got Norwich’s big win over Watford.
As a result, no fewer than 15 got 2 wins and 3 points. Well done to all of you.
Not everyone had a good week. We had 3 predictions each for Newcastle (lost at Fulham), Leicester (drew with Everton), Ipswich (drew at Southampton), Man City (drew with Arsenal) and Blackburn (drew at Preston). As a result we had 3 players who failed to score this week.
ashqpr was one who scored 3 points. He remains top, 2 points ahead of daveb, LurkR, woodork, Jalfrezi Rs and stoatey who all scored 3 points too.
I scored a point but remain bottom on goal difference from singlespeed. CutePR and ranger-boy are 1 point ahead of us.
