I think we may see Kolli return from exile now that Frey is out.
I think Kolli has a lot more potential than Lloyd, so the club are going to have to be ridiculously stubborn if they still don't include Kolli when we could clearly do with him.
The Kolli situation is down to few things — mainly refusal to sign a new contract as well as the abuse he and his dad have received online regarding pro-Palestinian posts. The contract stuff is made all the more difficult because of the options available to players his age. Saudi Arabia allows clubs to have a player born after 2003 as an extra foreign player. Kolli fits that. And as an Algerian Muslim international it’d be an attractive option for him. We can’t compete with that sort of money, particularly if he’a looked at by sides that are of substance. So I think the contract dispute is a case of the player knowing his worth standing his ground, and the club trying to get him to stay on the cheap. Add to that the rumours I’ve heard re Lyndon Dykes ‘ departure this week and that would be my main belief.
Dykes rumors?
BTW... I know Fox had a nightmare but nobody had a bad word to say about his performances last season, he hasn't become terrible overnight, I trust he just had one of those days and was rusty after being out... If Paal is injured I have no problem with Fox at LB
Dembele is not in the squad, and 2 goalkeepers on the bench. Is Shepperd, on the bench to lead lead the lambs to slaughter. The subs are Walsh, Shepherd, Santos, Madsen, EDB, Morgan, Bennie, Andersen, Lloyd
A very weak looking set of attackers and an unimpressive bench of subs.
That's very close to my guess - I did not think JCS would be OK. Given the injuries, I think this is our strongest side. That said, it does look lightweight against a rampant Burnley...

So is it injuries? or is there unrest in the squad - just asking
We shall (will) win the Championship Silverware (next year)

Just my opinion but this looks like Marti doing a Warburton and picking a squad to make a point to somebody further up the food chain. It makes no sense to have 2 goalkeepers on the bench unless it's some sort of protest.

Agreed.
I am soooo disappointed with Celar up front.
But Saito, Smyth and Chair will see us through today

It's a bit like the Alamo as Burnley launch attack after attack but we're still holding on. Just about every Burnley attack has ended I them getting a corner. Hopefully, we can stay strong
Its been all Burnley with attack after attack down our flanks. We're yet to have a shot but despite Burnley already having 13 only 2 of them have been on target.
Marti won't be happy with our passing because whilst we've defended, well we keep giving the ball away cheaply and inviting more pressure.
