The first 0-0 of the season meant a low scoring round...
It was 3 points for thorperanger, woodork, daveb and MaxQPR who all predicted a draw, but nobody went for 0-0.
Of course there was no first scorer or goal time and there were only single points picked up from the bonus match as Coventry won 3-2
Despite the low scores we've had another change at the top of The Premier League as daveb jumps up from 5th to 2nd thanks to his 4 points. Jalfrezi Rs is back on top despite scoring just 1 point, but on goal difference that is enough to be ahead of daveb and to move 1 point ahead of myself as I drop 2 places to 3rd. Ricardo Rangers was the only other player to score a point in the top flight so it's 'as you were' in the battle to avoid relegation.
In The Championship MaxQPR scored double the amount of points he managed in the previous 7 rounds combined but stays in last place whilst after 4 matches without scoring woodork scored 4 points in mid-table.
Rosco Bosco hasn't scored for 3 matches but stays in pole position for promotion as everybody continues to struggle for points. thorperanger scored 3 to move back within 1 point of the promotion places.
