My old sparring partner pammant8 used to often question what Les's role really is and after reading this article it would appear that Les has now clarified that he was appointed as an expensive cleaner to clear the insane mess caused by TF.

Les tells us that

when he came through the door of this football club the wage bill was £68million. It was absolutely insane. Did he just call TF insane!

When I came in I had to change the whole scouting department, the whole medical department – the club  was in a right state.  Wasn't this 3 years into TF s reign when his policy was we dont need a scouting system I buy anyone that an agent offers the club at an over inflated price. I think he's having another pop at TF!

That's cleared that one up then, It wasn't TFs fault it was the fans that made him do it.

Yep, thats correct , apparently his cleaning agent has made a pledge to get him to brush up his attitude  and if he  can get him to polish his ideas  he could be called Mr Sheen!
