Entering Round 2

Round 2 involves predictions for 3 matches, with less emphasis on each match as you go through them; the main match is the League Cup final

There are 15 points on offer from Match 1, 9 from Match 2, 6 from Match 3. 30 points maximum.

You get 6 points for the correct score, 3 points for a correct result in each match. The First scorer in Match 1 is worth 6 points. The goal time is worth 3 points in matches 1 and 2.

There is also again a total bookings to guess from these 3 games. This will be used as a running 'goal difference'.

The deadline for entries is midday on Sunday 25 February 2018

Round 3 (Quarter Finals), which will run in a few weeks time based on the FA Cup Quarter Finals, will be the 6 winners of the head to heads drawn into 2 groups of 3 players.

The winners of Ties 1, 3 and 5 will be in Group A, the winners of ties 2, 4 and 6 will be in Group B for the Quarter Finals.

1 player will be eliminated from each group in the next round with the top 2 in each group going through to the semi finals.

The score solely in Round 2 will be used to determine who wins each battle and goes through to the Quarter Finals.

In the event of ties in the Round 2 scores it will look at the 'Goal Difference' first. If still tied it will be judged on the higher score in Match 1, then Match 2, then Match 3 from the Round 2 matches. If still tied I will look back at higher scores in Round 1.
