Smithies - Keep unless we get a really good offer.
Ingram - Keep. I rate him highly but get the feeling that he will want out unless Smithies goes.
Lumley - Keep.

Onuoha - There are only 3 things in life that are certain, death, taxes and a mistake by Chief during every game. Overall he is good and I would keep him
Bidwell - For me he is dependable, uninspiring but gets a job done. Keep
Hall - 100% keep, we seem to be a much better team with him
Lynch - Keep, think there is more to come from him
Baptiste - Keep, good squad layer
Perch - On the bench with him, stay / keep I just don't know, He can be good when he wants but too many "cant be arsed" games
Furlong - Getting better, We may get an offer for him as he is young and talented but would rather he stays
Robinson - 100% Keep
Hamalainen - Time to move on
Kakay - Time to move on

Freeman - Keep
Scowen - Keep
Luongo - Lock the door, don't answer the phone, tell him that we know where his kids go to school. DO NOT LET HIM LEAVE
Wszolek - I think he has gone backwards this season, he doesn't seem to make the runs he was doing last year, he isn't as effective down the wing. I am not sure if that's down to him or Ollys
orders though. If a decent offer comes in let him go.
Osayi-Samuel - Keep. Young, pacy, can get better
Manning - Keep. More to come from this young talent
Wheeler - Not sure. Not really seen much of him.
Cousins - Can he getover his injurys, can he live up to his onw hype? Charlton fans were pleased to see him go. I say let him go
Goss - Rangers will buy him, we wont get a choice
Chair - One for the future,, keep
Shodipo - Olly doesn't like him, he will want 1st team football, he will leave the club either on loan or sold, (unless Olly goes first)

Washington - Thanks for the effort but its time to drop down a league or go to Scotland
Smith - Keep. A useful squad player
Sylla - Bye bye
Mackie - Would love to have him around the club but just not in the first team.
Oteh - Keep, young, enthusiastic, has some talent
Smyth - keep but stick him in a grow bag and feed him lots of protein!

Confirmed today:

Mackie, Perch and JET are all leaving in the summer

Onouha and Robinson are in ongoing negotiations

Not surprised that JET, Perch and Mackie are being released because we have some good young players that have now come through to replace them. Not sure where JET will go from here but both Mackie and Perch should be able to find new clubs.

I hope that we reach a deal with Robinson because he has done well for us this season and he gives us cover at both full back and in the centre of defence. In respect of Onuhoa I'm not so sure because whilst he's an experienced centre back, I have never seen him as a leader. I beleive that Giles Phillips contract is also up at the end of this season and if Ollie is going to keep him then I suspect that one of either Robinson or Onuhoa will go because I would assume that Ollie would only want to keep Phillips if he sees him progressing into the first team squad.

My guess is that all 3 would be on around £20k/week (£1m/year) so that' a cool £3m that the club can use to extend and tie down conracts for the likes of Smyth, Eze and some of our promising youngsters. 

I know that Mackie is still highly thought of down in the Westcountry where he played for for both Plymouth and Exeter. He could do a job for both those teams and he is somebody who would make a great player coach. I wish him well wherever he goes because he always gave 100% for us and you could never fault his effort.

Why do you suggest that the salary budget that is currently in place for Mackie, JET and Perch will disappear. If it's part of the current budget and we are operating within current FFP RULES  then unless the salary budget has been reduced for next season it' still there. I fully understand that the club have got to make cuts but logic says that we have to ensure our assets (Smyth and Eze) are given contracts that tie them to QPR. Ultimately if we have to get rid of higher paid players like Mackie, Perch, JET and Onuhoa to keep players like Smyth and Eze then that is good with me. Working on your logic that the money ends when the contract does would also mean that we can't sign anyone in August because we only have a salary budget for the current squad.
