Another mass update for the stats page as we begin to enter the business end of the season!
BOOKINGS
Scowen picked up a booking at home to Derby to move up to 7 for the season, whilst Freeman picked up one at home to Sunderland to move on to 9 for the season (which was the reason why he didn't start against Villa in order to not pick up another booking before the cut off). Onuoha also saw yellow against Sunderland to move on to 3 for the season. Bookings for Lynch and Bidwell at Villa Park saw them move on to 7 and 5 for the season, whilst Lynch picked up another at Craven Cottage to move on to 8 where he as joined by Luongo after his 8th booking of the season. Cousins also saw yellow to move on to 4 for the season.
GOALS
Luongos strikes against Derby and Fulham saw him move on to 5 goals for the season, where he's joined by Luke Freeman after he picked up his 5th of the season at Villa Park. Wzsoleks equaliser at Craven Cottage saw him move on to 2 goals for the season whilst we have plenty of new faces on the goal chart now with Eze, Manning and Bidwell all picking up their first of the season.
GOAL TIMES
Luongos strike against Derby, Freemans strike against Villa and Wszoleks finish at Fulham means our goal tally at the end of matches is now up to 16 for the season, whilst our goals for the 31-45 bracket has been made slightly better with Bidwell and Luongo both scoring just before the break. Mannings goal at Villa means we've now scored 4 times at the start of matches this season whilst Ezes goal against Sunderland means we've scored 9 times midway through the second half.
Derbys goal and both of Fulhams goals came just before the break which means we've now conceded 15 goals either side of Half Time this season, whilst Chesters consolation for Villa means we've now conceded 11 times at the end of games this season.
APPEARANCES
Smithies continues to lead the way witha 100% record after featuring in every league game for us this season. Furlong is now up to 10 starts whilst Washington is up to 10 appearances off the bench. 'Supersub' Matt Smith is now up to 14 starts but is still without a goal in March.
STATS
We're now up to 548 shots this season with only 175 on target. We're just short of 200 corners for the season but no longer lead the way in fouls committed.
MATCH OUTCOMES
Two wins and two draws in 4 games has seen our stats here look a bit better. We've now won 32% of our matches this season whislt reducing out losses to just 39%.
