OLLIE said he tinkered at the weekend to see what he had available for the BRENTFORD game. What a load of BS you do that on the training ground. Not in a match that people have paid good money to see our best team play. Does he think before he speaks during interviews.
Next match,he's got the mascot and some of the ball boys In the squad and he might see if my mum will get a game too Yes we are safe but they still have pride and the fans to play for West Brom yesterday a good example, they are down but they played their hearts out and got a win at old Trafford
West Brom are down mate They got to much to do now It would be a miracle if they stayed up My mate is a West Brom fan and he's resigned to the fact they will be playing us next season weeks ago I'd like to be wrong as I don't mind the baggies fans
Nothing wrong with having a look at different combinations etc, especially when there are actual matches that dont mean anything really.
West Brom arnt relegated yet so they have abit more to play for than us at this point.
I disagree and in this case I think Pamm is totally correct. As a fan I want to see the best QPR team available play. If Ollie wanted to make 1 or 2 changes I could just about accept that, however, when he makes 4 changes to a team that played so well against Sheffield Wednesday IMO its unacceptable. As I have already stated elsewhere on this site the fans around me on Saturday were gobsmacked at his changes and knew we would struggle and probably lose. All it proved to me was that Ollie' s continued tinkering has confused the players just as much as the fans. In fact at times on Saturday I thought that Baptiste was totally confused and seemed to regularly go for the same ball as other QPR players. All caused by a total lack of any communication. Since the beginning of this season we have needed a settled team and an inspirational leader on the pitch that could communicate with his team mates, unfortunately we have had neither. If Ollie really needed to change anything on Saturday it would have been to give a player like Giles Phillips a try. Our biggest problem position is in the centre of defence and that is where Ollie should be trying some of our younger players. Its not rocket science because we all know that Robinson and Onuhoa are likely to leave, Lynch is injury prone, Hall's injury is career threatening and Baptiste is not good enough. I get fed up with Ollie making his excuses after our games and stating what was blindingly obvious before the game kicked off. Im really not sure that he is the right person to take us forward.
Ollie can't seem to make his mind up and we blow so hot and cold it's unreal I like his passion, but I don't see there will be much change with him and yes we have no money and he's kept us up with what we got but he's got lucky this season The long ball game has worked but it's not great to watch we do play a bit of football sometimes and when we do click we are pretty good, but it's Ollie's plan B that is questionable, smith comes on we start going long again The best thing Ollie has done is unleash the youngsters like smyth and eze, they have been fantastic but is that more luck than judgement,we'd of been very near the relegation zone if it didn't It's a tough one to call and the empty seats show the fans have lost interest in our footie, loftus road is like a library most of the time Manager of the season is neil Harris at Millwall they are in the playoffs with no money spent and straight from league one Wolves bought the league spending millions on one player and having half of Portugal playing for them Warnock is very experienced and knows the game inside out,i tip millwall to win the play offs Next season is very worrying in my eyes if we lose our best players like onuoha and luongo and Robinson and scowen and freeman could go as well i think smithies also could be sold,A bunch of teenagers isn't going to keep us up and that is a real nightmare scenario we could face
No doubt that Olly got it wrong on Saturday. But I have no problem with trying out new players and combinations as we get close to the summer transfer window. And we'd have never unearthed Smyth, Eze, Manning etc unless we gave them a try at some point. The problem on Saturday was that he overdid it. Why on earth wouldn't you start with Sylla, Smyth and BOS upfront after they did so well in the week? It must be close to decision time for Sylla especially.

This is a tough one to judge as he has to give players a chance in a real game but as Ghost says last week he made too many changes and changed players like Smyth and Sylla who must be a bit downbeat to have been dropped when they couldn't have done more to warrant keeping their places.
He does talk some nonsense though, as he has come out in the press this week saying he wants a 'cup final' mentality against Brentford yet no doubt we will see another whole raft of changes. It doesn't help coming out with pre-match comments like that if we then turn up and get battered with no resistance. It then gets fans questioning him more.
