Three games down, three to go. Time for another stats update!
BOOKINGS
Scowen picked up his 8th booking of the season at Hull followed by his 9th at home to Sheffield Wednesday , whilst Bidwell picked up his 7th against Hull as well. Obviously Onuoha got sent off at the KC Stadium meaning he'll serve the final game of his suspension tomorrow. Ingram marked his forst league appearance of this season with a booking, whilst Robinson picked up his 4th and Luongo picked up his 10th.
APPEARANCES
We no longer have anybody who can make it a perfect 46 game this season as Smithies was dropped for the Preston game, giving Ingram the chance to get some league action. Freeman and Scowen are up to 40 league starts this season whilst Eze is up to 15 appearances in total from both the bench and starting. Hopefully a sign of things to come with playing youngsters.
GOALS
Smith moves on to 10 goals for the season following the Preston game. Sylla moves up to joint 2nd after his double against Sheffield Wednesday whilst Smyth and Bidwell both move on to 2 for the season.
GOAL TIMES
Two goals for Hull just before Half Time and another two midway through the second half has seen those two brackets take a hit, however scoing 3 goals in the first 15 minutes against Wednesday has seen us now score 5 times at home in the opening minutes, followed by another with Preston. Sheffield Wednesdays two goals came in the same 61-75 bracket as two of Hulls goals did.
FIRST GOAL TIME
Just before Half Time against Hull, and in the opening 15 minutes in both home games.
MATCH OUTCOMES
Sheffield Wednesday has seen us rise to 14 wins for the season, however defeats either side of that win has seen us climb to 18 losses for the season (6 at home and 12 away).
OTHER STATS
We're now over 600 shots for the season, yet still haven't been able to get over 200 on target, which is beginning to seem laughable to me. Thankfully it's even worse with our opponents which goes to show the state of the Championship this season. We still trail on corners and have won two more fouls than we have committed.
