The penultimate game of the season saw the R's run out 3-1 winners over Birmingham, a score kingfisher and onenightfever both did brilliantly to predict bang on!
surrey chad was the only player to get Adams as the first scorer in a great pick.
kingfisher, singlespeed, onenightfever, LurkR, CutePR, e17hoop, SydneyR and Ghost got the 16-30 goal time exact whilst only single points were gained from the bonus match.
It all means that QPRBex is not quite champion yet. Ghost needed to score 3 points more to take the fight to the final round and he just about managed it. However it does require Ghost to score a full 18 points with QPRBex firing a blank. Highly, highly unlikely.
Ghost has had a brilliant end to the season though and looks nailed on for 2nd at least as Rosco Bosco - who was top after Match 37 - has faded away and Rosco's 3rd place is now in real jeopardy heading into the final day.
It is kingfisher who is somehow up to 4th place and just 2 points off Rosco, rising from 7th last week but also rising from being bottom in the early stages of the season and only getting out of the bottom 3 just before Christmas! An incredible turnaround! e17hoop is only 1 point further behind in what looks like a 3 way battle for the final medal place.
LurkR, qprallan, MCM Hoop and ranger-boy are all split by just 1 point and all have an outside chance of pulling off a 3rd place finish if they can score big but at the very least they all look secure for a top 10 finish. LurkR actually climbs 3 places from 9th to 6th this round with MCM Hoop falling from 4th to 8th at just the wrong moment!
The battle to secure the final Division 1 starting spot is also going down to the wire. I stay 10th but CutePR and ashqpr are both just 2 points behind. stoatey chose the wrong week to forget to enter missing out on a chance to close in, he is now 7 points behind.
At the bottom minxymartin is going to need to score double figures really to avoid finishing in the bottom 3 for the 3rd consecutive season (that minxy has entered). pamment8 on the other hand is OUT of the bottom 3 for the first time since Match 20 on goal difference ahead of QPRsmith who forgot to enter. That battle like so many others will be resolved on the final day. Even the long lost zantor can avoid a wooden spoon should he return.

I was very pleased in getting the goal time and final score correct, but I never thought I would end up 4th! For most of the season the club and I have bounced along together in mid-table. Suddenly I am 4th and they are 15th, but I am sure you realise I would rather it was them 4th! Anyway, many thanks
