League Cup to have no extra time. Penalties straight away if level after 90 minutes.
ABBA penalty shoot out scrapped.
Premier League to have a winter break in February from 2020, each club gets 2 weeks off but half one week, half the next so there are still matches each week.
The 5th Round of the FA Cup is midweek as a result with NO replays.
Only up to and including the 4th Round will now have replays.
