pamment8 and QPRsmith faced off in the final of our World Cup 2018 Prediction Cup and it proved to be a low scoring final shootout...
Neither player got a first scorer, an exact scoreline or a goal time so every point elsewhere was precious
Both players went for a France win and France to score first so it came down to the second match and QPRsmith went for Belgium, pamment8 went for England and that gives QPRsmith the title!
If there was no second game QPRsmith would still have won on goal difference as there was 6 bookings which he predicted exactly. pamment8 went for 5.
Congratulations QPRsmith, these cups are proving very hard to win as 1 costly round and it's all over so well done!
