QPR Prediction - League Cup 18/19 - Quarter Finals - Results

Here are the results from the Quarter Finals of our League Cup knockout prediction cup for 2018/19:
It was an incredibly low scoring round with 4 players failing to score anything and 9 was the best score out of 43!
Everybody went for QPR and Liverpool wins but both lost and nobody got any first scorers in those matches nor the exact scores in other 2 remaining matches!
It came down to who called the draws that involved Preston/Boro and Leicester/Wolves and the odd goal time.
There were 17 bookings in the 4 matches
QPRsmith and MaxQPR are safely through as they both scored 6 points whilst their opponents pamment8 and Ghost didn't score!
qprallan was the top scorer with 9 points and he needed them to see off SydneyR who is unlucky to go out having scored 6 points. SydneyR would have beaten any of the other players but that is cup football, it is all about your opponent on the day and luck of the draw!
One tie ended 0-0 and went to the penalty shoot out of goal difference which saw QPRBex beat minxymartin having predicted 12 bookings which was closer than the 10 predicted by minxymartin

As mentioned before the Quarter Finals the winner of Tie 1 is against the winner of Tie 4 and the winner of Tie 2 against the winner of Tie 3
That gives us the following Semi Final line up with 4 players still in with a chance of getting 10 bonus points for the QPR Prediction League:
Semi Final 1: QPRsmith Vs qprallan
Semi Final 2: QPRBex Vs MaxQPR
The points all reset to zero. Round 1-3 scores and previous GD only come into play if there are any further ties.
The Semi Finals will be based on Round 4 of the League Cup itself and will be available to enter following the draw but the matches do not take place until the end of October.
