I was a bit surprised he didn't leave in the summer but TF stuck to his word and wouldn't sell him. If he does go in the January window we have to hope that we get a fair price for him and not accept the first bid.
We need wingers and two strikers and because it doesn't suit Eze, we don't play that way!!!!
He's still got a lot to learn and has been awful in the last few games.
Freeman can sit in behind the strikers and is more defensive if needed.
The advantage of Freeman over the alternatives (Wheeler, O-Samuel & Shodipo) is that he is left-footed. As most players are right-footed they prefer crosses from the left. Up until the last game I would have not worried though if Freeman was sold because his performances were average, at best. However, we are now seeing Luongo & Freeman both performing well. I guess if QPR is offered the right deal for Eze (please let it include a decent transfer fee and a clause for PL appearances) then we would be daft to not let him go.
