Win, Lose & Draw - Week 18 - RESULTS

There were 5 home wins, 5 home losses and no draws this week. Only the 2nd time in 18 weeks when it was impossible to get a maximum score.
But several people got 5 points. Well done to LurkR, ashqpr, minxymartin, singlespeed, ranger-boy, QPRSmith, kensalr, stoatey and SydneyR.
LurkR is our Christmas leader, having extended his lead to an impressive 7 points. This is thoroughly well deserved given his amazing consistency. He has scored points every week except one - all the way back in week 7. With 72 points, he is averaging exactly 4 points a week which shows how tricky this game is.
I remain 2nd 7 points behind LurkR and MCM Hoop is 3rd, a further 5 points back.
If the gaps are opening up at the top, it's much tighter at the bottom. Having finally got out of the bottom 2 a couple of weeks ago, surrey chad missed this week and it cost him dearly. Both Stoatey and SydneyR picked up 5 points to move up, leaving surrey chad bottom at Christmas. SydneyR has been bottom since the start of the game but has seen an big improvement in form and is now 19th and looking up the table.
Elsewhere it's all pretty tight - only 8 points separate northwesthoop in 4th from pamment8 in 15th. One person who has been taking advantage of this is minxymartin who followed his 8 points last week with another 5 this week to move up from 15th to 8th in 2 weeks.
