They didn't really give us a hiding, it was only 2-1 and we were a bit naive losing a lead.

We are unbeaten in 6 games, the lads must be buzzing at the moment.

Freeman is red hot at the moment, Wells is fresh, Leistner has had 11 days off, Scowen and Cousins are starting to impress, Bidwell is in his best form in a hooped shirt, Furlong has come back looking top notch.... So many reasons to think we can get something from the game.

To be fair most clubs did batter is at the start of the season!

You are right Sharp is in top form too plus they will want to bounce back from the embarrassing cup defeat.

2 form teams in the league with lots of players playing at their peak, on paper it should be a good game.

I thought Leeds would slaughter us
I thought stoke and boro would too
We've certainly sprung a few surprises
It's a really tough game and they are strong up front and have a lot of goals in them
I'm praying we can at least draw but not a disaster if we lose we've done well so far this season

We are hanging in there, but only just.

Overall Sheffield United were just about the better team and apart from a Freeman shot in the 2nd half we didn't really look too threatening. It's only when Luongo isn't playing that you realise that he is the guy that makes us tick.

Whilst the Championship is a competitive league there isn't a standout team this season and to think that Sheffield Utd are 2nd and could get promoted is amazing.
