QPR Prediction League 2018/19 - Match 27 - Results

After a week and a half away from league action QPR returned with a 1-0 defeat that only Ghost predicted exactly, a great call
We mainly had predictions of Sharp or Wells as first scorer but it was the other striker on the pitch McGoldrick who took the honours... which nobody predicted!
stoatey, MaxQPR, LurkR, onenightfever, savoyhoop, Ghost, CutePR, e17hoop and qprallan got the first goal time of 31-45
QPRsmith, qprallan, LurkR, e17hoop, surrey chad and stoatey all got the 1-1 bonus match correct
It was a big day at the bottom of Division 1. savoyhoop scored 7 points to not only move out of the bottom 3 but also move 6 points clear of SydneyR who trades places. It was a costly day for kingfisher who failed to score for the 3rd match is succession and drops to the bottom. CutePR rises off the bottom on goal difference but it looks bleak for both CutePR and kingfisher as they are now 15 points from safety with just 3 games left in Phase 2.
Reigning champion Ghost had dropped into the bottom 3 over Christmas but 2 scores of 9 in a row have eased his relegation concerns. Likewise e17hoop was flirting with relegation but has scored back to back 9's after having previously not scored more than 6 all season.
LurkR jumps 2 places in to 2nd trading places with MCM Hoop who falls to 4th. surrey chad stays in 3rd with qprallan top of the shop again and looking set for a good bonus points haul to take into Phase 3. QPRBex drops from 4th to 7th but has a 10 point cushion over the bottom 3.
In Division 2 nobody scored more than 6 but leader stoatey was one of those who did and he is now odds on for promotion with a 13 point lead over 4th place. Below stoatey 4 players are split by just 4 points so that is a battle royale for the remaining 2 promotion places! MaxQPR is the man in 3rd for now taking over from ranger-boy.
3 zeros in a row have halted minxymartins promotion push. After scoring 7, 7 and 7 took minxy up to 3rd place he is now down to 6th 8 points off promotion.
The bottom 3 remain the same but onenightfever is now only at the very bottom on goal difference from myself with Rosco Bosco making up the bottom 3.
The late pamment8 has sadly been removed from the game following the news of his passing. He had of course played every week since we started the competitions in 2012 predicting a QPR win each and every game!
As mentioned there are just 3 games left in Phase 2 to settle who will be fighting for what and where in the final Phase of the season!
