Eustace has been named as Assistant Manager for the Republic of Ireland.
He will stay in his role at QPR but will be away during international breaks for his new part time role.
I saw that earlier and wondered how he can manage to go off with Ireland when we have players that won't be on international duty but will remain in training at the club.
If we can give him time off to jaunt around the world with Ireland I'd ask whether he should be employed or is he even needed by QPR. Obviously, being assistant manager of Ireland is a greater priority to him than working with the non International players (the majority of our squad) at QPR.
The international breaks are a time when the management and the coaches should be working together and developing things with with the players. Is it any wonder the team has no Plan B or Plan C when the Assitant Manager wants swan off elsewhere.
We need a management that is 100% dedicated to QPR.
If QPR isn't his priority then why is he still employed by the club? Get rid!

Thank you to John Eustace for the time he spent with the club but I'm not surprised that the new manager wants his own personnel.
Eustace will no doubt be disappointed to find himself following Warburton out of the club but it can't be a surprise. Tactically we have lacked something and our continued poor defendeding of set pieces meant that we needed a shake up of our coaching team.
Warburton and Eustace expected to be announced as Birmingham manager and assistant manager later this week. If we are lucky they will want buy Bonne and Dykes from us at a profit

- I wish!
On a more serious note, I join you in wishing them well and it only adds to the threat we must expect from Birmingham next season.
