Yes the season decline he deserved to go and the Peterborough defeats all 3 of them particularly stand out
I was hoping he maybe use his get out of jail card and maybe show that he was worth a second chance next season
But nothing seem to go right for him really,injuries and poor signings in January and underperforming players
But we move on and at least he saw out his contract

In hindsight it may work, but I have a feeling we've made a big mistake.

Warburton would be one of the favourites in the betting for his own job which says a lot.

Northwest I totally respect your opinions along with all the others in favour of warburton but what should we of done about the poor run to warburton instead
I’m not for anyone losing their job but I would lose my job if i didn’t achieve my targets or at least get near them

I just feel that they had the perfect opportunity to give him a bit longer with next season having that World Cup gap. The overall job he's done for me meant he deserved a bit more time to prove he's still the man.

Yes this run has been shocking, but he doesn't become a bad manager overnight.

It's a huge gamble from the board. If the new manager isn't Top 10 from the get go he will be under pressure. That's not a great situation to be in. If the board think we have a god given right to challenge next season just because of who they hire - when we have Norwich, Watford and Everton/Burnley heading our way - they are bonkers.

We need to have realistic expectation on what we can achieve set realistic goals and targets and strive for continues improvement along with playing attractive football.

I for one consider NW has achieved this in the 3 years he has been here even after the last 2 months
