Yes, gone. Judging by the immediate responses I've been getting it's action I should have taken a long time ago.

Tomcat may have been a bit over the top at times
But I agreed with him that warburton had to go and we could finish 16th next week
I didnt want warburton to go but we are not winning football matches and if a manager can come in get us winning again then that’s what matters most

I do wonder where he'll end up, because he needs to share what he "knows" somewhere. All i can say is wherever it is he will be shown the door a lot quicker than he was here. We were patient. Very patient.

I remain convinced that the owners only bought the club to make money. They are West Ham fans and have no allegiance to QPR. They have used smoke and mirrors to financially mismanage the club from day one and they are the reason we lost our Premiership status and continue to struggle. The talk of a new stadium is nothing but hot air that they use to make the fans believe they have their interests at heart. It was the same with the training ground which has now become a reality but only because the fans have given them unsecured investments to fund the project. These guys are billionaires and multi millionaires who could easily fund a new stadium if they really wanted to.

However,on a day to day basis the man who pulls all the strings is Lee Hoos and even Sir Les has to abide by his decisions. IMO The decision to not extend Warburton's contract would have been that of Lee Hoos.

I suspect his decision was made and based on the major rebuilding that will be necessary in the summer. He probably thought do we stick with Warburton who we have given transfer funds but remained a mid table team or do we take a risk and bring in somebody with fresh ideas.

Its likely that we will see at least 15 players leave the club this year. Some like Wallace, Ball, Austin, Albert, Barnes, Barbet, Carroll and Odubajo wont have their contracts renewed. Those on loan or short term deals like McCallum, Gray, Sanderson, Westwood and Marshall will either return to their parent club or look for deals elsewhere. In addition some of our most valuable assets like Dieng, Dickie, Willock, Dunne and Chair will need to be sold.

When you consider that players like Kakay, Hamillainan, Bonne and Kelman will all still remain at the club it shows just what a huge task the new manager will have to build a team to compete in this league.

I have a feeling we'll keep Chair as clubs who have watched him will see his footballing brain isn't fully developed yet (for example - when you pick up the ball 40 yards out, your first thought shouldn't be to shoot!) if he does go then good luck to him, but I'll be VERY surprised if that happens.

Willocks injury could be the best thing for us as clubs who would've snapped him up might decide to hold fire just to see how he does, and therefore might come looking in January or next summer. Hopefully we'd command a high fee for him, and others might decide it could be too much of a gamble bearing in mind hes been out for a long while.

I'm not too concerned about the keeping department, simply as we have too many to choose from. If we do lose Dieng, then I'd be more than happy with Archer as number 1. If neither of them stay, then one of Marshall or Westwood would be fine as long as we can get someone else in to challenge them.

The club have made a very risky decision. It may turn out to be the correct one, but if we struggle next season the knives will be out like never before. They have given the fans a lot of sticks to beat them with if we go backwards.

We've got a decent side who finished a reasonable 11th and the crowd cheered Warburton off the pitch yesterday. By making this decision they've put a lot of pressure on the new manager and themselves that we HAVE to improve.

Yes, I have no doubts whatsoever that MW has to take a lot of responsibility for his sacking...yes, he comes across very well in public but you just know that behind the scenes he has been very immovable and stubborn on various issues...to be honest I'm pissed off with him as well as the board for the current situation.

I don't know the ins and outs but it has echoes of when he was let go at Brentford...and in that instance the owner was proved to be right in his approach.

Why don't I feel as confident that our owners/board can duplicate Brentford's success!?
