Assuming he keeps improving and performing like he is he has to be worth £15-20 million if we stay in this league. However if we go up (massive if I'm just using it as an example) we could be demanding £40 million plus. Seriously. He is skillful, creative, he scores, he assists, kids love him, he puts bums on seats, gets people talking, he's a dream kind of player to have.
Toney is certainly on form as a striker - as his goal tally shows, but Eze would indeed attract a good figure too. The figure of £15m looks right to me for him as he is already operating in a higher league and offers far more than just scoring.
£15m plus Amos is a good opening bid but I know that our skilled negoiators will hold out until it's £25m plus Harry Kane, Jan Vertonghen, and Toby Aulderweireld.
We dont need kane He wouldnt get in the first team
That's true but he would be good to have on the bench.
The other option would be to get him as part of the Eze deal and then sell him at the end of the season although based on the sales of Smithies and Freeman we would still let him go on the cheap.
Eze to Spurs £15 million plus Amos joins us permanent. Deal or no deal?
Given that Tottenham have been mentioned since August does indicate that this possibility has to be taken seriously, and a loan deal that involved dosh plus Amos and a quality young CB would be tempting.....
