Thomas has fallen way down the pecking order. I really thought he'd get game time against Sunderland even if from the bench. Warburton does tend to reward these kind of performances so I would expect him to be back on the bench Vs Forest after scoring 2 goals.
Wallace is a key player. With and without him we are chalk and cheese (we pick up a whole point less per game) so I can see him being back in the action against Luton, even if just for an hour.
What will help Wallace (and Field) coming back into the team is that this next period up to Christmas isn't 3 games a week like it has been since August. We only have 1 midweek round I think, most weeks are 1 match each weekend (admittedly most of ours have been moved from the Saturday). So they will get chance to recover and take it 'easier'
Great news today as Wallace returned for the U23's who beat Ipswich 4-2.
Wallace was straight back getting an assist and Charlie Kelman got a hat trick.
Great news that Wallace got a run out today. As long as there is no reaction over the next couple of days I can see him being at least part of the squad for the Luton game.
Charlie Kelman getting a hat trick is also great news. Kelman has needed something as a confidence booster and there is nothing better for a striker than scoring a hat trick. If he can keep knocking in a few goals and then get a loan move in January we could start next season with a good young prospect. Goals inspire confidence and that leads to more goals.

My thoughts too re Kelman! Good news too about Braveheart!!
