just stating my opinion Eze couldnt get into our team as it is
we are a better team without him
He'd walk into our team.
The only reason we are now better without him is because we were able to use the money from selling him to improve the whole squad, buying Dickie, Dykes, Willock etc.
Eze was mostly playing in a team with the likes of Joel Lynch, Josh Scowen and Jordan Cousins. It was a worse squad, now it is a better squad.
Put Eze back in the current side and we would be even better, 100%.
same as if you would play Eze in place of chair you couldnt play Eze and Willock in same line up
Willock and Chair are harder working and get back more than Eze used to yes Eze tracked back but i couldnt see us being as successful as we are at moment if we had Eze playing instead hes a luxury
trust me all this is hard for me to say because i absolutley love Eze but i do strongly believe we are a better team at the moment than we were with him
and going back to North west saying he played alongside Joel Lynch maybe he did once or twice but not that often LOL
Forget for now the idea of us getting Eze back - Newcastle are reported to be interested in signing him after a loan period! They are talking about £45m supposedly, and the Rs have a sell-on clause in the sale to Palace (clever Hoos and Ferdinand)!! Hope it comes off as Eze deserves far more starts than Palace can provide at present. the72.co.uk/263239/newcastle-united-plotting-45m-move-for-ebere-eze-qpr-entitled-to-20-sell-on-fee/
Eze could continue to have such an impact on the finances of QPR for a long time
His sale effectively helped us with FFP over the covid period
If he get's sold again and we get 20% then he's likely to again assist us with FFP but also enable us to not HAVE to sell other key players.
Good point about not putting us under such pressure to sell. (Which also helps when we are now known as a club that has to sell - i.e. we can bargain harder!)
Eze interview on today's BBC Football Focus (12 noon)
That's 1pm here in Spain. I will try and listen to it!
That was a good interview, and he came across just as we remember him! I am sure he was brought in as Zaha's replacement too, but I think everyone has been surprised he is still there and doing well.

I haven't seen the interview but it's good to see Eze getting back to form after his injury. He was probably spurred into getting back to form by watching Conner Gallagher go to Palace on loan and score lots of goals.
