Have to say that this quest has kept everyone guessing!

Darren Moore's odds have come down all week since Sir Les was on sky sports going on about lack of opportunities for black managers and presenters etc.

Where is the evidence that Darren Moore has a track record of working on a tight budget and giving younger players an opportunity?

What a difference a week makes to the betting odds

So the top 2 from last week Sherwood and Bircham are down to 4th and 7th favourites!

Darren Moore wasn't even in the top 6 names last week and is suddenly odds on favourite!

Warburton down from 14/1 to 2/1 this week.

Carvalhal was favourite for a few days and is now rank outsider at 20/1 and there is nothing to even suggest we've actually spoken to him. What made him favourite in the first place? What makes him now unlikely to get the job? All based on nothing.

I'm really starting to think this is all utter nonsense. I'm hoping for a Daniel Farke type unknown name. That may be the most exciting option.

I agree mate. Im not sure there is much use recycling the same managers who havnt really done much at any club they have been at. Wouldnt it serve us better to look at someone who has taken a team not expected to be promoted and get them up? someone who clearly can get the best out of his players, can improve players and knows players in the lower leagues where we now have to be looking at for players.

People like Danny Cowley at lincoln or nathan jones who went to stoke would of been a good shout. Just someone who gets the job by impressing at another job would be nice.

Ainsworth now odds on favourite ahead of Moore.

As I've said repeatedly I have no idea what is causing these swings in the odds when clearly nobody really knows anything about who we are after. It's probably just the bookies moving names about to tempt bets!

Personally I'd like Ainsworth as I said when McClaren was sacked, especially from our apparent lack of options!

His job at Wycombe probably shouldn't be estimated by all accounts. I've read they have one of the smallest budgets in the football league and have to account for everything financially right down to teabags. If true he's done an incredible job really.
