Ian Beale your thoughts so far?

Too early for this. This is the problem with the modern game. How can anybody make a judgement after 6 games? Six.

Too soon to judge fully, but will just say: Mr Warburton could adapt better to current circumstances in my opinion. Mick Beale needs to make important decisions quick!

your right Northwest it wasnt Beale that missed that sitter but it was Beale that didnt bring in a striker that could put that chance away
again your right it wasnt Beale that missed the Chair chance but it was Beales decision to play Shodipo despite several other more experienced managers not even considering him to represent QPR at this level.

MW did a bad job at end of season and he had to go
however the choice of Beale was soley on Beale doing as he is told by the board

1. sign players on a shoestring even if injury prone and wont improve the squad
2. play the youngsters that weve had for a while from the academy (the same ones that nobody else would play in the past)
3. keep hold of all our best players to keep the fans happy

he needs to grow some balls and say before the deadline he needs 1 or 2 strikers even if it means selling an asset and go against (3.) think the club could get away with selling either Willock or Chair as they already made the terrible decision to let Marshall go and not cash in on Dieng.

and instead of cashing in on Dickie they decided to let barbet go for nothing (makes no sense)

if he could turn back time im guessing he would probably re-sign Barbet and leave Jake Clarke Salter well alone and also let Dieng fly away keep Marshall and bring in Alex Smithies Leicester Citys new 3rd choice.

brings the club in money and also makes us more competitive in the squad instead of the shape were in now which is the shape of a brown marrow

i mean Northwesthoop Mr Beale in many peoples words is a very good coach hes had experience with the top academys in the game your telling me he doenst know of a striker that could come here? if the answer is no what has he been doing all these years?

im not calling for his head but i feel like its a really poor close season hes had and it was for all of us to see the squad and team were not prepared.

no matter what spin is tried to be put on this it is a major concern results aside
IF i saw the squad was in decent shape i wouldn't be worried but the squad is in a bad bad state and the "what does Beale do to fix this" kind of threads have been created in the hope that he still does have a plan in his head to try and fix it.

What worries me more is the way he speaks in pre match post match interviews he is definatley sticking to script

too early to tell really. His start has been quite similar to Warbs first 2 seasons and hard to be too critical when he's had some key players out injured
I'm not keen on the send everyone back to defend set pieces idea or Field as a box to box player but those are minor niggles.
I don't think results wuld have been much different if Warbs had stayed which probably shows where we are at the moment.

I think when we break for the World Cup that will be a better place to judge how he's doing but I would say like any manager if we drop into the bottom 3 and are seriously struggling his job will be on the line

I totally agree.

Beale may be rubbish manager or he maybe a great manager he might even be a very run of the mill manager but it's much too early to be judging him. Any manager arriving at QPR would struggle  trying to replace the experience of Wallace, Austin Odubajo, Barbet etc., 

To then see you have inherited a first team squad that includes Hamalianen, Duke Mckenna, Thomas, Bettache, Gubbins, Masterson, Bonne, Shodipo, Owens etc.,   who are limited and IMO not good enough for Championship football you are on the back foot from day one.
