Number 10 you say some interesting stuff Beale is trying his damn hardest to be a decent manager and has got unlucky with his new signings getting injured so quickly He is learning his trade it’s his first punt at managing a football club and he is going to make mistakes, not get everything perfect first time The championship is not a good league to take on your first managers job really,it’s a horrible league where everyone can beat anyone, the games come thick and fast too Beale will need time to bring his coaching skills over to the team

Beale is still learning with every game. He admitted on Saturday he made mistakes. I'm sure he will get better for it and like singlespeed rightly points out he's probably not even named his first choice 11 yet due to injuries.
The league is so tight we stayed 9th this weekend even though we lost. 9th.
You'd think we were relegated already and yet to score a goal this season if you look at some recent posts about the manager and needing new strikers.
Let's just get behind the team and see where we end up.
There have been more positives than negatives in the opening 8 games in my view and I'm excited to see how we progress.
I'll admit that I was getting worried after the Blackpool & Rotherham games. But against Watford and Hull you could see exactly what Beale is trying to do and how effective it can be when we do it well. That's a big relief. We're not going to be able to keep that standard up every game, we'll get injuries to key players and some teams will work us out. But we can have enough good days to have a decent season.
My early impression of Mick Beale is that he's a breath of fresh air. I like that he tries new systems and methods and he's not afraid to admit if they don't work.
When he joined he inherited a depleted squad that included Kakay, Hamalainen, Duke McKenna, Bettache, Masterson, Bonne etc., who are all honest players but lack the quality needed for Championship football.
Not only did Beale inherit a weak squad but it seems their was no money for him to spend and all his signings had to be on free transfers or from loan deals.
I think for such a novice manager it's much too early to be judging Beale but for me he's started well.

He’s totally different to what we’ve had recently Hasslebaink was roughly his age and classed a young manager but he was nowhere near as knowledgeable as him coaching wise I like him he takes defeats on the chin and you know he wants to put it right the next game I like his attitude to football and maybe there is slight bit of cockiness but gerrard has that and many other managers do,nothing wrong with that The players need some of that as it brings confidence to your play and you can see that in recent games The dreaded striker issue yes we maybe could of done with one and I’m led to believe they did try to get that lad from Villa Cameron archer and it fell through So it wasn’t like an attempt wasn’t made but Tim iroegbunam who we got is a superb player in midfield
